[1] Weight loss

Eugh how do you even start these things?! ..

I'm almost 30, overweight, unfit and this eats away at my confidence. This is my journey to becoming a better, happier more positive me. (Ironic that I've already said EATS. Good start!)


So probably don't care how I got to where I am now but the truth of the matter is I like food. A lot. So I ate a lot of food. All bad foods. I drink fizzy juice and could eat crisps until they're coming out my ears. It's not been until recently (losing a job or two and my confidence taking a huge knock) I started to go out less, sit at home playing computer games and eating.

So now? I still play computer games. Just.. less. I'm at the gym, eating a lot better and I've switched to water and green tea. So let's see how I get on.
